The method
It starts at the eye and ends at the herb
Every visit begins with a reading of the iris: each part examined and compared against markings identified through years of observation. The iris does not prescribe a medicine, but it points to the system under strain — and to whether it is recovering.
The prescription follows: a herbal supplement with a measured dose, dietary guidance, and a follow-up appointment where the reading is repeated to assess how the body responded.
